Hillston Citrus' varietal mix includes mature plantings of Valencia, plus newly planted Winter juicing varieties including: Hamlin, Pineapple and Parson's Brown and Salustiana.
The new plantings are set up to make greater use of mechanical harvesting, freeing up staff to focus even more on tree health and productivity.
