Hillston Citrus' varietal mix includes mature plantings of Valencia, plus newly planted winter juicing varieties including: Hamlin, Pineapple, Parson's Brown and Salustiana.
The new plantings are set up to allow greater use of mechanical harvesting, freeing up staff to focus even more on tree health and productivity.
